Andaman and Nicobar Islands is the Union Territory of India. I have never seen anything like this beautiful and peaceful place in my life. Now, I can tell you about the best Andaman and Nicobar islands. My husband and I have been planning this trip for the last three months.
Finally, we went to explore Andaman and Nicobar Islands. My husband went at the best time and the best time to visit Andaman is from September to March. This month’s weather is just perfect for sightseeing, water sports, and beach excursions. I would like to update you. Please avoid visiting Andaman and Nicobars Islands from May to August because these days there are so high tides in the sea area and you can’t do water activities.
I had done so much research work to visit there. I had booked hotels, homestays, and beautiful beach resorts. I want to experience staying near the beach. Also, I would like to experience the beach full day. My trip started from Chandigarh. Our flight is from Delhi to Port Blair, So we first need to go first by bus.
At 6 pm on 5th February, we reached Airport Delhi. Our flight is at night so we need to wait there for boarding. Our flight is with Indigo and one layover is at Hyderabad. We stayed around 1 hour in Hyderabad at 6:25 Am we took off to Port Blair. In the morning around 8:30 AM we approached the landing and before landing the view of the sea from the airplane was beautiful and we felt like we were over the sea. And turquoise water view of the island makes me feel so relaxed.
I visited three islands Andaman and Nicobars Islands. I visited with my husband on three Islands Port Blair, Swaraj Dweep, and Shaheed Dweep.
Port Blair- 2 Days, Swaraj Dweep- 5 Days and Shaheed Dweep– 1 day is enough to visit in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. I really like one Island the most Havelock island. Every island has its own beauty but Havelock is such a pretty island. I will also share the details of the best resort with you in this blog.
Port Blair: On the first day we reached at 9 am at Port Blair. A Short walk from Airport we stayed at Kachan Nest homestay. We had our breakfast on the airplane so we went to rest for a few hours. This is a very cool and calm homestay. At 3 Pm we get ready to explore port Blair. We visited Corbyn’s Cove Beach.
Corbyn’s Cove Beach: This beach is very small within the town of Port Blair. The water is beautiful and this beach is surrounded by coconut palm trees. I brought coconut water and then chilled at the beach. We clicked lots of pictures and reels. There were some water activities there but we didn’t do that. If you want, you can also do water activities on this beach. Let me share some pictures with you, you will get an idea about its beauty. We enjoyed the sunset and then left at 5:30 Pm from Corbyn’s Cove Beach to our homestay. On the last day, we also visit Cellular Jail and enjoy the light and sound show.
The next day we left for Haddo Jetty because we needed to leave for a beautiful island named Havelock Island. We booked a ferry to reach Havelock Island. We use the Macruzz fish ferry to reach Havelock Island. Within 1:30 hours we reach there and after that, we rent a scooter to reach our beach resort. Coral Reef Resort is a very beautiful and prettiest property. When we reached Coral reef resort we check-in then, I was very much excited to see the crystal clear and turquoise water beach.
Vijay Nagar Beach: Coral Reef resort is at Vijay Nagar Beach and they provide 4-star accommodation. This is a new property on the beach. So, I booked Coral Reef Resort and we spent 3 days at Coral reef resort. a The breakfast, Lunch & dinner everything is so yummy but I love the breakfast mostly because of the buffer system. They are good at pool and bar services with music at night.
We really enjoyed our candlelight dinner also in Coral reef beach resort. I also clicked lots of pictures and create videos. It was too beautiful property near the beach. Our resort is near kala pathar beach the evening we reach there to visit Kala Pathar beach.
Kala Pathar Beach: It’s about 1.9 KM from our resort. So we visited KalaPathar beach in the evening. Kala Pathar beach is a long stretch of white silky sand with big black rocks beside the blue sea. It is situated on one corner of Havelock. This beach is located near Kala pathar village. Its sunrise is very famous so, tourists also love to visit Kala Pathar beach early in the morning. Sunrise is very prettiest on Kala Pathar Beach. I do love to see kala pathar beach sunrise. After spending some days near Kala Pathar beach at Coral reef resort we leave for our next destination beach i.e Radha Nagar Beach.
Radha Nagar Beach: We check in at TSG Blue Resort and Spa which is so near Radha Nagar Beach. Radha Nagar Beach is 7th cleanest beach in Asia. It is one of the most famous attractions in Havelock Island and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands itself.
Radha Nagar Beach is a very big beach I have seen on Andaman and Nicobar Island. It’s very the cleanest beach and a beautiful beach. It is the right place for a pre-wedding shoot too. Sunset at Radha Nagar Beach is a very pretty and photography beautiful place ever. I suggest you must visit this beautiful beach.
Elephant Beach: Elephant Beach is one of the most popular destinations on Havelock Island, due to its serenity, clear water, and water sports. This ocean side will undoubtedly satisfy every one of your dreams of investigating the submerged abundance of nature including corals, reefs, seldom-seen ocean turtles, amphibian plants, bright fishes, and other energetic maritime species with your unaided eyes.
Elephant Beach’s water sports are the best. Elephant Beach is rated as the ideal location for snorkeling, sea walking, scuba diving, and parasailing due to its best water sports infrastructure in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Other water sports include swimming, fishing, kayaking, banana boat riding, sofa boat riding, and jet skiing, which is also available on other beaches in Andaman.
After visiting this Island we leave for a different Island i.e Neil Island. From the jetty, we reached Neil Island Shaheed Dweep. Neil Island very little Island on Andaman and Nicobar. We explore this Island within a day. We visit Bharatpur beach, the natural bridge, and Sitapur beach and stayed at Ram nagar Beach resort i.e Symphony Summer Sand Beach Resort. This property is pretty much good and North Indian food is very awesome in this resort. I would like to give them a 5-star rating for food and the room both. Also, the bathroom was so big and luxuries. Good space to sit on the balcony. This is so peaceful near the beach.
We have seen good marine life and sunset at Natural Bridge too. It was very difficult to complete the track with my crisscross heels. So, I would like to suggest you wear flats to complete the track of Natural bridge.
The water is so turquoise at Bharatpur beach and at Sitapur beach, I have seen the sunrise which is very pretty and also I have seen the brown sand at this beach otherwise all Havelock beaches are white sand beach like Maldives.
On the last day at Port Blair we visit the cellular jail and in the evening time, I really missed my home. I miss my northern food so badly. Early morning we took a flight and come back to Delhi via Kolkata and then reach Chandigarh at 10 PM.
