Havelock Island is one of the best and most beautiful Islands from Andaman and Nicobar Islands. There are so many beautiful beaches on Havelock island. Radha Nagar Beach, Elephant Beach, Kala Pathar Beach, Vijay Nagar Beach and Govind Nagar Beach are all beautiful beaches on Havelock Island. I had never seen these beautiful beaches with my naked eyes. All are beautiful sand beaches.
Havelock Island is one of my favorite Islands just because of its white sand beaches like Maldives. Havelock Island is the best Island for honeymoon couples. This island is so small but the biggest beach I have seen is Radha Nagar Beach.
Radha Nagar Beach: Radha Nagar Beach is also called beach no. 7 and the biggest and clean beach in Asia. Times of Magazine awarded this beach as 7th Cleanest beach in Asia. Radha Nagar Beach is 12 kilometer from Jeety i.e Swarajdweep. There are so many things to do in Radha Nagar Beach. Radha Nagar Beach is a good place for photography. You can do a pre-wedding shoot here. This is the right place to do photography. I have done photography at Radha Nagar Beach. This beach is very famous all over the world so, we can say that it is a World Incredible place to visit in India.
Best time to visit Radha Nagar Beach:
The right to visit Radha Nagar Beach during the winters in month from September to may. It provides a slight relief from the scorching heat and humidity. Try to reach by 3:00 PM and leave after sunset.
Elephant Beach: Elephant beach is the second big beach on Havelock Island. This is a good one for all water sports activities. This is a popular destination to visit in Havelock Island. This beach is famous due to its clear water, serenity and water sports. The beach is good for snorkeling and scuba diving.
How to Reach Elephant Beach?
On Havelock Island, the Elephant Beach is on the western coast. You can get there by speedboat or by hiking a forest trail. The speed boats depart from the Havelock jetty and travel approximately 8.7 kilometers to Elephant Beach in 20 minutes.
For the people who wouldn’t fret a lively 2.5 km journey across the wilderness, a way opens up en route to Radha nagar ocean side which can take you to the ocean side, instead of the ship. This walk ought to take about thirty minutes. If you need a guide, you can get one at the entrance. Be sure to bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
Best time to visit Elephant Beach:
I recommend visiting between October and May for a trip packed with adventure and activities, as this is the best time to enjoy the beach’s full potential. I recommend visiting between May and September if you’re looking for a work vacation. This is the best time to visit, with huge discounts, a lot of availability, and solitude.
Kala Pathar Beach:
Kala Pathar Beach is goo for sunrise. If you would like to enjoy the sunrise on Havelock island then, it is the best beach. There are so many resort nearby to stay and we stayed at Coral reef resort which is so near to kala pathar beach. There are so many big rocks I had found on kala pathar beach. It is good stop for shopping too. Good collection I have found at Kala pathar shops.
Vijay Nagar Beach and Govind Nagar Beach: Maximum resorts with beach view are present on both of the beach.
I must suggest you to visit Radha Nagar Beach, Elephant Beach, Kala Pathar Beach, Vijay Nagar Beach and Govind Nagar Beach are all beautiful beaches on Havelock Island.
